  • Only a partner of the second level can use advertiser accounts to display ads. The Petal Ads partner cannot do this. Only the advertiser’s account can be used to display ads. Petal Ads partner or partner of the second level can not do this.
  • Each Petal Ads account must be registered using a unique Huawei account.
