Shanghai is a city that completely shatters all concepts of space and scale. 🇨🇳✨

If you thought you’d seen huge metropolises or massive expos, think again. China once again proved they live in 2050, while we were just visiting. From the moment our squad landed, the entire trip unfolded like a cinematic story where every corner offered a drastic shift in atmosphere, energy, and architecture.

Our journey started on the iconic Bund, where classic early 20th-century European stone facades stand in quiet elegance along the Huangpu River.

But the real magic happens when you turn around 180 degrees: right across the water, the futuristic Lujiazui skyline erupts into the night sky.

Towering skyscrapers pierce through the clouds, and the Oriental Pearl Tower glows like a massive sci-fi monument anchoring the cityscape.

Just when you think you’ve adjusted to the relentless cyberpunk energy, Shanghai gently pulls you into a completely different era. Stepping into Yuyuan Garden feels like discovering a peaceful sanctuary straight out of the Hidden Leaf Village. Curved roofs from the Ming and Qing dynasties, traditional red bridges, quiet pavilions, and serene koi ponds give off a timeless feel preserved through centuries.

We checked off all those legendary spots we’d spent months saving on TikTok, and in person, the scale hit completely differently. Though, if there was one unscripted challenge, it was the Shanghai heat. The humidity was so thick it felt like an endurance session in Vegeta’s Gravity Chamber – stepping outside meant non-stop sauna mode, but our team took it in stride and kept moving. 😂

The main objective of our voyage brought us to the sprawling ChinaJoy exhibition halls at booth W5-E303.

The sheer scale of the gaming and cosplay industry was at an all-time high – endless pavilions were filled with world-class setups and cosplayers whose attention to detail made iconic anime and game characters look as if they had literally materialized into our world.

Once the exhibition floor closed, shift two kicked off with exclusive evening events hosted by AdTiger and Skyfall. The vibe was unmatched: great music, high-energy networking, and a fierce round of Bingo where we walked away with an incredible stack of prizes and memories. 🎯🎁

In the end, our real treasure from Shanghai turned out to be an ocean of unforgettable emotions, mountains of fresh contacts, and new long-term clients. Our loyal shinobi squad – Iryna (BDM), Anton (PR Manager), and Serhii (Sales Manager) – completely cleared every objective on our roster, dispelled all bot genjutsu, and brought home a massive network of new partners.

Shanghai welcomed us so naturally that by the time we left, the city felt less like a foreign destination and more like familiar grounds. China accepted us as its own, so this isn’t a goodbye – just a quick turn of the ship toward the next destination.
